Dr William Andersen
Bill has a long history with Scripture Union, having first joined Council in 1947. Converted at the age of 13 at Fort Street High School, Bill moved into schoolboy leadership at 15, and later became ISCF secretary when in university. Beginning his career in secondary school teaching, he then joined the staff of the Sydney Teacher's College and later Balmain Teacher's College. He lectured for 3 years in psychology at University of NSW, then for 26 years in Philosophy of Education at Sydney University. Bill was also a part-time lecturer at Moore College for 30 years, up until 1999. From 1970 - 1978 Bill chaired the Australian Federal Council for SU, then continued as Pacific Area Chair until 1981 and East Asia Pacific Chair until 1987. In 1981 Bill joined Scripture Union's International Council, which he chaired from 1987-1993. Bill's experience with SU and his expertise in the theology of childhood make him a tremendous blessing to the movement.
Simon Flinders
B.A. (Univ. of Sydney), B.D. and Dip.Min (Australian College of Theology). Simon is an assistant minister at St. Thomas' North Sydney and served previously in the parish of Georges Hall in Sydney's South West. Simon was involved in ISCF for many years and then with Missions, leading the Currarong SUFM team for 6 years. He also served on the SU NSW Missions Committee where he served as the Chair until the end of 2004. Simon is currently the chaplain to the NSW Cricket Team.
Rev. Peter Adamson
B. Eng (Uni of NSW), M.Div. (Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia), M.A. (Th.) (Australian College of Theology). Peter was the State Director of Scripture Union in WA for seven years; during which time he planted churches, and was the first Chaplain in government schools in WA. He is currently board member of St Paul's Grammar School Cranebrook and Minister of The Lakes Westminster Presbyterian Church, Penrith. Peter has served on the board of SU NSW since 1996.
Arnold Trewick
Arnold works for Qantas as a flight controller. He has been involved as an SU Volunteer for over 25 years. He chairs SU's Executive Committee.
Jackie Keenan
Prior to retirement, Jackie was an acting Assistant Director General and Director, Programs and Planning for the NSW Department of Education and Training. Her experience includes teaching, Inspector of Schools, and Executive Officer to the Higher Education Board. Jackie has served on many Boards and State Committees including the Higher Education Board, the NSW College of Nursing, the NSW Teachers' Christian Fellowship, the NSW Business/Industry/Schools Consortium, and the Australian College of Education. She has been a member of the SU NSW Council since 1977 and was Chair during 1995 to 2001.
Scott Barnham
Scott's journey in the work force takes in Industrial Arts high school teaching, followed by a stint at Apple Computers, which led to his own IT Consultancy specialising in 'Technology in Education'. After attending his first Family Mission at age 2, dressed as a pirate, he has been a part of Bawley Point SUFM since 1989 as an Equipment Officer and then Team Director. Scott is Chair of the Scripture Union NSW Missions Committee and has been on the Board since 2006. He lives in the Blue Mountains with his wife Lucinda and their boys, Thomas and Daniel.

Amanda Neill B.Accounting (Uni of Tech,Sydney) and Grad Dip Inst of Chartered Accountants, Australia. Amanda has worked as an external auditor in Ernst & Young, and an internal auditor in MLC. She is married to Geoff, and recently became a full time mum to baby Sophie. Amanda has been the Treasurer of Currarong Family
